After those 4 weeks have expired, our new and updated terms & conditions document will be effective and is posted here at this web location. Enterprise Film reserves the right to end the agreement with a subscriber (only if we can't get an agreement with our modified terms and conditions) at the time our new and updated terms and conditions document becomes effective.
Enterprise Film is not responsible for invalid email addresses or the subscribers failure to read incoming email. -

I am obligated to notify Enterprise Film immediately, if my personal information changes.
At the request of Enterprise Film I have to confirm my new personal information."
"I understand and agree that I am not allowed to open more than one account in my name."
"I understand and agree that I am not allowed to share my password and/or username that is needed to access the members area of sybian1.com to any other person or entity and that I must immediately inform Enterprise Film of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of my username and/or password. "I agree that if I do not send Epoch notice of cancellation for at least 1 day before my membership expires, Epoch shall automatically and without further notice to me, renew my membership with one new month." (According to the then current standard one month membership rate mentioned in paragraph 6 above). "I understand that this will recur every month until I cancel my membership."
All cancellations received by Epoch will be effective upon receipt. "I hereby acknowledge and agree that if I cancel my membership, or if my membership is cancelled by Enterprise Film, GXB or Epoch, my username and password will be removed from the system at the end of the then current membership period and that subsequent to the expiry of that period I am not allowed to access the members area of sybian1.com, until I agree to purchase a new license for a new membership to sybian1.com."
