• Once you become a member of sybian 1, you have unlimited access to download all the available movies and photos on sybian1.com.
  You can download as much as you like and keep all the downloaded files for as long as you like.
  You will have a lifetime to enjoy all your downloaded videos and photos. You will also be granted to access our weekly new updates.
  
  
• Are there any other extra charges?
  No, there are no extra charges on sybian1.com. Your membership fee covers everything.
  
  
• On sybian1 all your information is and stays secure.
  You can always contact epoch if you need any confirmation regarding the safety of your information.
  
  
• What should you do if you haven't received a confirmation email?
  Once Epoch or GXB approves your membership, you will receive an email receipt to the email address you signed up with. If you did not receive this confirmation email, you might have mistyped your email address while signing up.
  
  Please make sure that you type your email address correctly during the join process. Also check your spam folders, the confirmation email can also be in your Junk/Spam Folder or your mailbox might be full.
  If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please feel free to contact sybian 1 support.
  
  
• What can you do if your username and/or password don't work properly?
  Please note that it may take up to 5 minutes to confirm your membership.
  Also remember that the username and password you received to access sybian1.com are Case Sensitive.
  If you still have problems, try to copy the received username & password and paste them in the sybian1 members login section.
  
  If you’ve tried to log into the members area of sybian 1 with the exact username and password you received from Epoch and are still experiencing problems, check your firewall, security software and browser settings. You may have enabled a very high internet security.
  
  
  
• How will the membership payment show up on your bill?
  Your billing statement is simply named "EPOCH" or "GXB" our authorized sales agents.
  The name of this site will not show up on your bill, neither will it say what the charge is for.
  
  
• Your credit card was declined. How could this happen?
  
  • Your credit card is over the daily limit or there is no sufficient fund available.
  • Your credit card has been cancelled or has expired.
  • You entered incorrect credit card or home address information.
  • You used your card too many times in the last 24 hours. Please try again after the 24 hours have passed.
  
  
• How do you cancel your sybian 1 membership?
  While we work very hard to keep our members satisfied, we understand that sometimes members do give up their membership.
  
  If you still want to cancel your membership, simply click here to go directly to the cancellation page.
  Once you cancel, your membership remains active until the last day of the billing cycle you paid for.
  When this last day passes, you will not have access anymore to our weekly updates, video's and photo material in our members area.
